As I continue to go to Therapy (online of course)- I’m able to see what happens to myself afterwards.
therapy can make me feel hella lethargi, I don’t want to do anything and I feel absolutely drained- but, I also feel better for the rest of the week, I can do more and work through my emotions. just because one day makes me feel weak doesn’t mean it isn’t worth it.
